What I collect
When you send your statement for a free review, I collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and the statement you upload. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and anything you type in the notes. When you call, text, or DM me, I keep what you send so I can respond. The site also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to show me how visitors use it (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location from your IP address, device type). Clarity may replay anonymized sessions with typed content masked. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a technical side effect of serving the font files.
Why I collect it
To read your statement and send back your real number, to reach you about your review, to book and confirm meetings, and to see which pages are useful so I can improve them. That is the whole list.
What I never do
I never sell your information. I never share it with anyone for their marketing. I never put you on a list you did not ask for. Your statement is read by one person: me.
Who touches the data to make the site work
A short list of service providers processes data so this site can function: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (Analytics and Fonts), Microsoft (Clarity), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Workspace (email and calendar). Each holds data only to provide its service. I would also disclose information if a court or law required it.
How long I keep it
If you send a statement and we do not end up working together, I delete your statement and form submission within 90 days of finishing your review. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship plus what tax and business law requires. Analytics data ages out on Google’s and Microsoft’s standard schedules.
Your choices
Email robert@nazarinia.com and I will show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days. You can opt out of any communication from me with one reply.
Do Not Track
Like most sites, this site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. The third-party analytics tools named above do collect usage data while you are on the site; no other parties track you here.
If something goes wrong
If a data breach ever puts your unencrypted personal information at real risk, I will notify you without unreasonable delay, as California law requires. The responsible person is Robert Nazarinia, at the contacts above.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the new version goes up here with a new effective date.
